30 days. One location.
Numbers we agree on.
Pilots are designed to prove ROI in 30 days, not to recoup setup cost. We pick one location, one or two services, and three success metrics. Hit them, we roll out across the group. Miss them, you walk away without an annual contract.
Pilot success metrics — agreed before day one
The pilot is judged against three numbers.
Missed-call recovery rate
Percentage of inbound calls that historically went to voicemail (after-hours + peak overflow) that the AI Front Desk handled to completion.
≥ 70%
After-hours new-patient leads captured
Count of structured intakes completed by the AI between 6 PM and 8 AM during the pilot.
≥ 30 / 30 days
After-hours appointment book-rate
Percentage of after-hours leads that successfully booked an appointment.
≥ 50%
Measured by Praxis. Reviewed jointly. A pilot is a win if all three are hit. If two of three are hit and the third is within 10% of target, we review and decide together whether to extend or roll out.
Three phases. No surprises.
Every pilot follows this sequence. The only variable is which services produce the highest ROI for your practice.
Discovery
1 call — 20 minutes- Confirm which two services produce the highest near-term ROI for your practice.
- Confirm the pilot location (typically the highest-volume site).
- Confirm PMS / scheduling system in use — this drives the integration timeline.
30-Day Pilot
30 days — one location — 1–2 services- Setup in days 1–7 (PMS integration is the long pole).
- Live in days 8–37 with daily monitoring by Praxis.
- Weekly 30-minute checkpoint with your point-of-contact.
- Day 30: written report against agreed success metrics + recommended rollout plan.
Group Rollout
Ongoing — if pilot wins- Expand to the rest of the group on a multi-location agreement.
- Add additional services as you prioritize.
- Multi-location and annual-prepay discounts apply at this stage.
